Kelley Baca

Broker & Owner

A licensed Real Estate Agent since 2007, Kelley Baca is passionate about helping people find their dream homes, while easing them through the exciting home buying process as seamlessly as possible. For the past several years, her focus has been on Commercial Real Estate and Multi-Unit investment properties. On numerous occasions, clients inquired about managing their rental properties, so she eventually crossed over into property management as well. It is her pleasure to be able to assist homeowners in caring for their investments and pairing them with the perfect tenants. 

As the daughter of a United States Marine, Kelley was born in San Diego, CA. When she was 6, her father was transferred to the San Francisco Bay Area, and it was there that she attended school and eventually met her husband. She is married to Jason Baca Sr., and they are raising their six boys together (Joseph, Alex, Owen, JJ, Levi, and Silas). It had always been a dream of theirs to move to Oklahoma to raise their children and be closer to family. In 2016, they made that dream come true. 

EMILY MADDEN

Emily Madden was born and raised in Edmond, Oklahoma. Emily met her husband Jerrod as a senior in high school they got married shortly after graduation. They have resided in the Purcell area for the last 14 years and have two daughters Kallie and Mylee whom attend school in Purcell.

Emily has a passion for property management. She has been working in the industry since 2012. She specializes in multifamily housing. Emily ensures all investors get the best service for their properties and all tenants feel they are right at home through every step of the leasing process.

Ryan Madden

Sales Associate

Ryan Madden was born and raised in Purcell, Oklahoma and has been a long time resident of Lexington, Oklahoma. She is also a member of the Lexington first Baptist Church. 

The opportunity to start something new came in 2019 after helping out a friend with a vacation rental. Ryan has ran a successful cleaning business for 15 years. Maintaining people’s homes has always been a passion of hers and Real Estate was a great way to expand her opportunities.

Ryan is dedicated to serving her community.  Helping you find the perfect home will now be top priority in her new business! 

Ashtyn Fowler

Sales Associate

Ashtyn was born and raised in Yukon, Oklahoma. Ashtyn married her high school  sweetheart Braden three years after they graduated high school.  Shortly after they decided to move to Purcell. Ashtyn is working toward completing her business degree at Oklahoma City Community College. In her free time, She enjoys spending time with her family and her animals. Ashtyn also really enjoys drawing and hand lettering. She has always loved helping people sustain a clean home, so she decided to start her own cleaning business in the beginning of 2020. The appreciation she received from her clients after they walk into their clean home inspired her to start a career in Real Estate. Ashtyn is so excited to assist people in finding a home to call their own. 

JASON BACA

Maintenance Supervisor

A general contractor for nearly a decade and possessing over 20 years in the trades, Jason oversees all of the scheduling and completion of all property maintenance, repairs, improvements, remodels, renovations, move-outs, and make-ready services. 

Jason's duties include: 

• Inspect properties and facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary remedies.

• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work to the proper vendors and subcontractors.

• Supervise installations, repairs, and maintenance (electricians, plumbers, etc.)

• Inspect and maintain building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)

• Function as the General Contractor of projects, remodels and renovations (at owners’ request) otherwise coordinate and oversee projects, renovations, and remodels.

• Ensure adherence to a high standard of quality, health, and safety regulations.
