Kelley Baca

Licensed since 2007, Kelley Baca brings nearly two decades of real estate expertise to every client interaction. Passionate about helping people find their dream homes, Kelley guides buyers through the exciting journey of homeownership with care, knowledge, and a seamless approach.

For the past decade, Kelley has shifted her focus toward Commercial Real Estate and Multi-Unit investment properties. With her deep understanding of the market, clients inquired about managing their rental properties, leading her naturally into the world of property management. Today, she takes pride in helping homeowners protect their investments by matching them with ideal tenants and providing trustworthy, hands-on management services.

As the daughter of a United States Marine, Kelley was born in San Diego, CA. Her family relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area when she was six, where she later met her husband, Jason Baca Sr. Together, they are the proud parents of six boys—Joseph, Alex, Owen, JJ, Levi, and Silas. In 2016, they fulfilled a long-held dream by moving to Oklahoma to raise their children in a close-knit, family-friendly environment.

Emily Madden was born and raised in Edmond, Oklahoma. She met her husband, Jerrod, during her senior year of high school, and the two were married shortly after graduation. For the past 14 years, they have made their home in the Purcell area, where they are raising their two daughters, Kallie and Mylee, who attend school in the Purcell district.

Emily has been passionate about property management since entering the industry in 2012. With a strong focus on multifamily housing, she brings over a decade of experience and dedication to her work. Emily is committed to delivering top-tier service to investors and creating a welcoming, seamless leasing experience for tenants—ensuring everyone feels at home every step of the way.

Ashtyn is a proud El Reno local, wife to her high school sweetheart, Brayden and mom to a wonderful son born in 2022—with their daughter joining the family in July 2025! Since marrying in 2020, they’ve built a life centered on faith, love, and community.

Family is at the heart of everything she does, and it’s what led her to pursue a career in real estate. Ashtyn wanted a path that allowed her to be present for her growing family while also making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Joining Baca Realty Group has given her that opportunity and so much more!

Ashtyn was born and raised in Yukon, Oklahoma, and spent much of her childhood on her family’s land in El Reno. That deep local connection gives her unique insight and firsthand knowledge of these communities and the surrounding areas, which she brings to every client she serves.

She approaches every relationship with honesty, dedication, and a true understanding of how important it is to find the right place to call home. JASON BACA

Maintenance Supervisor

A general contractor for nearly a decade and possessing over 20 years in the trades, Jason oversees all of the scheduling and completion of all property maintenance, repairs, improvements, remodels, renovations, move-outs, and make-ready services. 

Jason's duties include: 

• Inspect properties and facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary remedies.

• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work to the proper vendors and subcontractors.

• Supervise installations, repairs, and maintenance (electricians, plumbers, etc.)

• Inspect and maintain building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)

• Function as the General Contractor of projects, remodels and renovations (at owners’ request) otherwise coordinate and oversee projects, renovations, and remodels.

• Ensure adherence to a high standard of quality, health, and safety regulations.
