Kelley Baca

Broker & Owner

A licensed Real Estate Agent since 2007, Kelley Baca is passionate about helping people find their dream homes, while easing them through the exciting home buying process as seamlessly as possible. For the past few years, her focus has been on Commercial Real Estate and Multi-Unit investment properties. On numerous occasions, clients inquired about managing their rental properties, so she eventually crossed over into property management. It is her pleasure to be able to assist homeowners in caring for their investments and pairing them with the perfect tenants. 

As the daughter of a United States Marine, Kelley was born in San Diego, CA. When she was 6, her father was transferred to the San Francisco Bay Area, and it was there that she attended school and eventually met her husband. She is married to Jason Baca Sr., and they are raising their six boys together (Joseph, Alex, Owen, JJ, Levi, and Silas). It had always been a dream of theirs to move to Oklahoma to raise their children and be closer to family. In 2016, they made that dream come true. 

WHITNEY HENSLEY

Broker Associate

Whitney was born and raised in the small town of Wayne, OK. She graduated high school there in 2010. After high school, She spent some time in Ada, OK attending East Central University. Later, She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Oklahoma Panhandle State University. During this time, her and her husband and lived in various places from Stillwater, OK to Byars, OK before they finally bought our first home in Blanchard, OK. Through their home buying process, She learned a lot about real estate and her interest in the area was peaked, thanks to a fantastic real estate agent.

Whitney worked primarily as an ER nurse and thoroughly enjoyed the adrenaline and the continuous learning in this role. After 3 years of nursing, She decided it was time to venture off into the real estate like she had dreamed. After having her first child in September of 2020 amidst a global pandemic, She decided to take some time away from nursing and began her real estate journey. Whitney has had the pleasure of serving clients all over the state of Oklahoma from big city to small town and has enjoyed every minute! She looks forward to continuing to serving those of the community with their real estate needs.

Ryan Madden

Sales Associate

Ryan Madden was born and raised in Purcell, Oklahoma and has been a long time resident of Lexington, Oklahoma. She is also a member of the Lexington first Baptist Church. 

The opportunity to start something new came in 2019 after helping out a friend with a vacation rental. Ryan has ran a successful cleaning business for 15 years. Maintaining people’s homes has alway been a passion of hers and Real Estate was a great way to expand her opportunities. Along with running her business, Ryan is raising her 3 sons (Toby, Tyson and Trey) with her husband Kenny. Ryan and Kenny have been married since 2001. Ryan is a Sunday School teacher, After Prom President and PTO treasurer at Lexington Schools . Multitasking is nothing new to her. 

Ryan is dedicated to serving her community.  Helping you find the perfect home will now be top priority in her new business! 

Ashtyn Fowler

Ashtyn was born and raised in Yukon, Oklahoma. Ashtyn married her high school  sweetheart Braden three years after they graduated high school.  Shortly after they decided to move to Purcell. Ashtyn is working toward completing her business degree at Oklahoma City Community College. In her free time, She enjoys spending time with her family and her animals. Ashtyn also really enjoys drawing and hand lettering. She has always loved helping people sustain a clean home, so she decided to start her own cleaning business in the beginning of 2020. The appreciation she received from her clients after they walk into their clean home inspired her to start a career in Real Estate. Ashtyn is so excited to assist people in finding a home to call their own. 

JOY TAYLOR

Joy Taylor has been an active part of the Purcell community her entire life. She has been married for 25 years and has one beautiful daughter. Growing up and later raising a family in Purcell, Oklahoma, Joy appreciates her hometown and all that it offers. She prides herself in not only knowing the local community's real estate needs, but also the surrounding counties as well.

In 2020, Joy decided to make a career change after having spent 15 thriving years in customer service and sales. MARISSA REID

Marissa Reid was born and raised in Lexington. She enjoys the close-knit feeling this community provides and likes to be involved with community events. She graduated from Lexington High School in 2009. She has always enjoyed helping others and began her career in the medical field. She married the love of her life Anthony in 2019 and took a break from working to start a family. She enjoys spending time with her family, her sweet pup Penny and shopping. After several attempts with IVF treatments, she has decided it's time for some self-care. She finds joy in helping others find happiness. Although the medical field was where she started, she no longer felt this was her calling.

Marissa is dedicated to serving the needs of her home town and surrounding communities. She is now a proud member of the Baca Realty Group. She values hard work and making the needs of her clients a priority. She's passionate about providing excellent customer service with that small town touch. Emily Madden

Leasing Assistant

Emily Madden was born and raised in Edmond, Oklahoma. Emily met her husband Jerrod as a senior in high school they got married shortly after graduation. They have resided in the Purcell area for the last 14 years and have two daughters Kallie and Mylee whom attend school in Purcell.

Emily has a passion for property management. She has been working in the industry since 2012. She specializes in multifamily housing. Emily ensures all investors get the best service for their properties and all tenants feel they are right at home through every step of the leasing process.

JASON BACA

Maintenance Supervisor

A general contractor for nearly a decade and possessing over 20 years in the trades, Jason oversees all of the scheduling and completion of all property maintenance, repairs, improvements, remodels, renovations, move-outs, and make-ready services. 

Jason's duties include: 

• Inspect properties and facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary remedies.

• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work to the proper vendors and subcontractors.

• Supervise installations, repairs, and maintenance (electricians, plumbers, etc.)

• Inspect and maintain building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)

• Function as the General Contractor of projects, remodels and renovations (at owners’ request) otherwise coordinate and oversee projects, renovations, and remodels.

• Ensure adherence to a high standard of quality, health, and safety regulations.
